Liam Dolan is the new head of retail training and development for BourneLeisure, the company that operates Haven, British Holidays, Butlins and WarnerHotel brands. In his new role, Dolan will oversee the development of all staffand management working in the retail, bar and catering divisions. He haspreviously worked for the Walt Disney Corporation and Japanese retailer,Uniqlo. Crime Concern has appointed Tracy Madgwick (pictured) as its new HR manager,based at the organisation’s Swindon headquarters. Madgwick will be responsiblefor developing best practice employment and staffing development procedureswithin the organisation. Before joining Crime Concern, she spent 10 yearsworking within local government and four years in the private sector workingwith Rolls-Royce and Marks & Spencer. Wendy Doherty has joined retailer Matalan as people manager and takes upresponsibility for all people issues within the buying and merchandisingfunctions. Doherty is also working as a business partner with the supply chainand buying directors. She joins from Fujitsu Services where she was an HRadviser.
