As Fort St. John’s pilot recycling pilot project nears the end of its first month in operation, the operators of the program are calling it a success.Lindsay Heal of Eco Depot, the company in charge of the pilot project, says 137 households signed up for the program, and those households have brought a whopping total of 655 blue bags to the curb in the month of October.
